Responsive Onboarding User Flow

I’ve recently started designing a CrossFit gym website as an exercise to explore onboarding flows. Signing up for a subscription based product can be tedious and frustrating, so in this project I’m working to design a membership sign up flow with clarity and ease.

Brand Alignment & Website Redesign

After years of stagnant sales, I lead an initiative to realign brand guidelines and overhaul the customer experience with a full website redesign including cohesive marketing campaigns. This lead to an increase in return customers as well as overall YTD sales.

Introducing Quantity Discounts

JUNE 2024

Using user research and competitive audit findings, I introduced a quantity discount block to sell powder ‘by the pound’ to align with customer needs and encourage transactions, support inventory goals and increase sales. Previously, customers were only able to purchase in 1lb, 3lb, 10lb and 55lb increments.

Broadway Citizens

Ecommerce Marketing

CURRENT

New clothing brand, Broadway Citizens, wanted a sharp and clean design for their debut collection. After an initial meeting, I created mock up designs utilizing 3 different Shopify themes featuring unique ecommerce marketing opportunities based on brand guidelines, content strategy and growth goals. This project is currently in the building phase with a launch date in late 2025.
